Court Orders Exhumation of Garissa Teen as Murder Probe Advances
GARISSA— A court in Dadaab has ordered the exhumation of 15-year-old Safiya Hussein Bilal to allow a repeat autopsy in the ongoing investigation into her killing in Garissa County.
